November brings away derbies at Arsenal and Chelsea, and Martin Jol's side are at home to Southampton on Boxing Day.
Man United come to Craven Cottage on 2 February, Chelsea visit on 9 March and Arsenal on 20 April.
And the season ends in May with a home game against Liverpool and, on the final day, a trip to Martin Laudrup's Swansea.
