At a hearing on wednesday the FA found that there was insufficient evidence to substantiate a charge of improper conduct against the Fulham striker and the case has been dismissed.

A statement at the FA's official site, www.thefa.com, reads: "In relation to the hearing of Fulham's Luis Boa Morte Fulham, charged with improper conduct (breach of FA Rule E1) for offensive gestures to Everton fans during the match at Loftus Road on 10th January 2004, the charge was not proven."
