Middlesbrough have been given the green light to commence talks over personal terms with Fulham transfer target Emanuel Pogatetz.
Bayer Leverkusen initially issued a "hands off" warning to all interested clubs, but now it appears they've agreed to let the Austria international full back go for 3million Euros.
