A statement on the clubs official website reads: "Mr Bruce Langham has had his contract as Chief Executive Officer of the club terminated on notice.
"Mr Langham's departure is part of a management restructuring which will see the appointment of a new CEO within the next few weeks.
"In the interim Fulham's Deputy Managing Director, Lee Hoos, and Finance Director, Andy Ambler, will take charge of the day-to-day running of the club."
