Coleman Keen To Keep Volz

The German defender is in the final year of his contract at Craven Cottage but Coleman is confident that the former Arsenal man will commit his long term future to Fulham.

"We are closer to agreeing something with him," the Fulham boss told Sky Sports news.

"Sometimes contracts are done in 24 hours sometimes they take months, but I think we are closer in agreeing something.

"He is obviously a player we want to keep and having spoken to Moritz at the weekend he very much sees his future at Fulham so I am optimistic of that."
