Coleman Pleased With A Point

A superb performance by Dutch keeper Edwin Van Der Saar kept the free-scoring Gunners at bay, much to the delight of the Cottagers boss.

"We set our stall out with 10 men behind the ball and worked hard," Coleman told Sky Sports after the 0-0 draw.

"There was no point pressing too high up the pitch so we tried to frustrate them.

"Arsenal are a top team and if we had tried to play our free, easy football we would have been beaten. Before the game I would have taken a point.

"In the end we could have snatched it. I'm not saying we would have deserved it but our hard work paid off.

"Edwin was always going to be busy. He is one of the best in the world.
