Coleman Pleased With A Point

"We deserved to get a goal even though the free-kick we got was a dubious one," the Fulham boss said after the 2-2 draw at The Valley.

"But there were a few dubious decisions. It is fair to say there were half-a-dozen dubious ones.

"But the big fella upstairs was looking down on us in the last minute and gave us a free-kick maybe we should not have had.

"The crowd got behind Charlton and in the end I am happy to get a point. We were far too generous to them in the first half and our defending was criminal at times.

"You can't defend like that at this level. To give a goal away like we did just before half-time was criminal. We can't do that. I was not happy with that at all.

"We knew it would be a big three points for them if they got it, but we kept chipping away and got the goal. I am happy with the point."
