"We were inept apart from Edwin van der Sar and there are no excuses for that kind of performance.
"One or two of the players are getting too complacent and think they have done it. West Ham have lost six players and that was not even their strongest team.
"We need everyone at this crucial stage of the season. It could have been two or three to West Ham.
"Edwin made some great saves and he was far to busy. Their keeper hardly had a save to make.
"It is going to be even harder for us in the replay."
