Collins considers retirement

Collins, who has made only two league appearances this season, is out of contract in the summer and wants to move into management after hanging-up his boots.

"This has been the most disappointing season of my career. It has been a write-off for me. The biggest disappointment is not really having had a chance when certain players have had chance after chance," said Collins.

"If something interesting comes up playing-wise in the summer I'll think about it, but that is a decision I'll make at the end of the season.

"I've had a few clubs show an interest, but when I finish I won't be going straight into management.

"I've been a professional for 19 years so I am going to take a few years off to spend with my family."
