Davis Fee Too High For Rangers

Rangers manager Walter Smith is keen to sign the Northern Ireland international who spent the last few months of last season on loan at Ibrox.

However, Fulham are demanding an estimated £4million fee for Davis and Rangers are unable to pay that price for the player.
