Davis Talks Ongoing

Rangers manager Walter Smith is keen to sign the Northern Ireland international who spent the last few months of last season on loan at Ibrox.

"We have been in discussions with Fulham and that's where the situation rests at the present moment," Smith told the Daily Record.

"We have expressed an interest in taking Steven and hopefully there will be ongoing talks within the next few weeks."
