"I am happy to be back but we lost, I thought the goal was offside, so I'm disappointed with the final result," he told fulhamfc.com.
"When we saw the replay I think it was offside but it doesn't matter, we played a good game. I had a few chances but I'm a little bit angry with myself because I could have scored an easy hat-trick but I only scored one.
"I was injured for a few months and two years ago I had my cruciate and was out for eight months. This is football, I got my chance and I scored, this is the most important thing for a striker. When you score early on you get a lot of confidence and I hope the next goal is coming soon."
