Fulham boss Chris Coleman had been hoping a deal could have been tied up for the 36-year-old French forward in time for this weekends game against Southampton but contract talks have reportedly broken down temporarily.
Djorkaeff, who is a free agent having been released by Wanderers in the summer, has been training with the Fulham squad this past week.
