Everton battle with Fulham and Arsenal for international

After landing Per Kroldrup from Serie A, Everton are set to swoop on Italy once more for the services of AC Milan keeper Christian Abbiati.

The former Italy international is behind Dida in the pecking order at the San Siro and has already seen moves to Palermo and Fiorentina collapse this summer.

Moyes looks set to offer of around £4m but may miss out as Fulham
boss Chris Coleman is already in talks with the 28-year-old keeper.

Genoa are also interested as are Arsenal - whose latest attempt to sign a keeper took a knock when Sebastien Viera failed his medical.
