Fulham in transfer tug-of-wars with Charlton, West Ham and Celtic

Fulham are up against Charlton when it comes to battling for the services of Norwich City midfielder Damien Francis - who will cost around £3m.

Meanwhile, West Ham have reportedly joined Fulham and Celtic in the race for Charlton's £1.5m-rated left back Paul Konchesky.

The England international had a brief loan spell at Spurs and since returning to Charlton has often been played out-of-position.
