The youngster has been capped by the Polish under 21 international side five times so far and if the Cottagers are interested in obtaining his services it would cost them a bid of £2 million.
A club source told the Daily Mirror: "We have kept an eye on Borysiuk ever since he made his league debut a couple of years ago when he was 16."
Borysiuk is a defensive midfielder.
