Fulham have been playing their home games at the home of second division QPR since the beginning of this season.
A statement on the club's official website, said: "The club can now officially announce that it will be playing at Loftus Road for one further season during 2003/04.
"At present the club is actively trying to find ways of developing a more cost-efficient stadium on the Craven Cottage site while negotiations take place with Chelsea regarding a temporary ground-share arrangement should this not prove possible."
