The Cottagers will face Roma, FC Basle and CSKA Sofia in the group stage of the revamped UEFA Cup so Premier League games have been rescheduled by the club.
The Upton Park, Eastlands and the DW Stadium games will be on October 4th, October 25th and November 8th respectively, while the Black Cats are the visitors to Craven Cottage on December 6th.
