Hodgson: A Tremendous Victory

Fulham went in at half time two behind but two goals from Diomansky Kamara and a Danny Murphy strike earned them a priceless three points in their bid to avoid relegation.

"I thought we were unlucky to be two goals down at half time to be honest," Hodgson told Sky Sports News.

I didn't say that to the players at the break, I just challenged them to win the second half.

"It was a tremendous victory for us, a very exciting performance and both teams threw caution to the wind to an extent and it must have been a very exciting match for the supporters.

"It looked bleak at half time with two goals to nil and a mountain to climb.

"I think the quality of our football over the last 10 games has been better than the haul of points we have managed to achieve, but for the first time we've managed to get that bit of luck."
