Mark Hughes wants Bobby Zamora to build on last season to prove he's not a one-season wonder.

The Fulham striker had one of the best seasons of his career last term. He scored 19 goals and was even on the verge of becoming part of Fabio Capello's World Cup England squad before an achilles injury ruined his chances.

Now the new Fulham manager wants Zamora to repeat the form he displayed last season, starting with their game against Bolton on 14th August.

Hughes said, 'I saw Bobby last year and we came up against him – he had a great season. What he needs to do is build on that and become a consistent scorer for seasons to come.'
