The Fulham midfielder has been sidelined since picking up an injury in December but has revealed that he is now hoping to feature in manager Chris Coleman's first team plans again.

"I feel back to 100 per cent now. It was unfortunate that I got injured in December after enjoying a really good spell but obviously I've got to fight for my position again," he told the Sun newspaper.

"I've been training hard for a month now so hopefully the manager will feel I'm ready to be part of things again.

"I'm hoping to get back in. I had a good chat with Chris and he said it was just about working hard.

"The league is very open and we're enjoying a good season with some great results.

"We were hoping to finish in the top 10 at the top of the season and I'm sure we can achieve that if we just keep going.

"It's a tight league and everybody knows that. There's a lot of clubs that are underestimated in the Premiership and we're one of them."
