Kamara back left the Baggies to join Fulham two years ago in a deal thought to be worth as much as £6m.
In the summer the player was linked with Bordeaux and Bolton, but a deal failed to materialise.
Baggies boss Roberto Di Matteo is looking to lure the striker back.
