Crossley played in Saturday's 3-2 Premiership defeat at home to Manchester United.

But the Welshman accepts competition for his place will be fierce with both Tony Warner and Jaro Drobny breathing down his neck.

Crossley told Fulham's official website: "It is good to be back.

"I'm injury free at last, came through with no problems - and now I'm looking for a run in the team. It was disappointing to concede three goals (against United) - but it was great to feel part of things again.

"I want to be number one - but all three of us do."
