Coleman said: "It defies logic that we can come away from that game and not have anything to show for it. I thought we dominated for the first 45 minutes.
"Again, we've come away from a game where we should have had something to show for our performance. But other factors came into it and I'm just disappointed for our players.
"When you're dominating, you really have to capitalise on your domination. When you're getting chances, you have to put them away."
