However, both he and the club have decided to forget about the alleged incident.
"We've put that to bed," Fulham manager Roy Hodgson has confirmed.
"John was furious but I've asked him if he wants me or the club to pursue it and he's said he doesn't.
"He wants to forget about it and I want to forget about it too."
