The 20-year-old was recalled from his initial loan spell at the Withdean two weeks ago because of an injury crisis at Fulham, but manager Chris Coleman now feels confident he can manage without Rehman and has allowed the player to rejoin Mark McGhee's side for another month.
"It's definitely good to be back," Rehman told Brightons official website.
"I only found out a couple of days ago, but as soon as I found out that I could come back, I snapped it up straight away.
"I'm looking forward to playing again. I've missed playing for the Albion to be honest."
