It had been feared that the French players on the playing staff at Fulham would become disconcerted after the sacking of fellow countryman Jean Tigana, but Saha admits to being impressed with Coleman and assistant Steve Keane since they took the jobs as amanger and coach respectively.

"They have been brilliant," Saha told the clubs official website.

"They have the conviction and brought a very strong spirit to the team at the end of last season. It's been very important for us.

"I think most of the team will stay together and we will try to have a better season next time.

"We have great facilities here and some great players. Hopefully we will be able to progress.

"I'm looking forward to being in the team next season and if the manager wants me I am going to stay."
