Selection warning for Davis

Davis is still on the transfer list at Fulham and Coleman said he can't just expect to walk straight back into the side that currently occupy fifth place in the Premiership table - a fete achieved in the midfielders absence.

"Sean will have to bide his time until he gets his turn," Coleman told the Evening Standard.

"He has played two-and-a-half reserve games and had a practice match with us at the training ground. He is looking good and so is his fitness.

"But his transfer request is still current and he still wants to leave the club. I would imagine that that will probably happen in January when the window opens."
