"John Collins is retiring," caretaker boss Chris Coleman told the club's official website.
"He's going back to France, to Monaco I think, to spend some time with his family.
"I think he could still do a job for somebody, but he's had enough and just wants to go home. We wish him all the best and thank him for what he did here."
Coleman also revealed that Bjarne Goldbaek and the on-loan Pierre Wome will also be leaving after Fulhams final game of the season on Sunday.
"Pierre's going back. Jean brought him in on loan but the fact is he hasn't been in any of my squads and we don't know who will be in charge next season," added Coleman.
"If whoever comes in wants to change that decision and bring him back, that's up to them.
"Bjarne is also leaving us. He's been a good servant to the club and I think he's going back to Germany."
